The ISO quality management system covers the entire process, including raw material inspection, casting process control, and precision machining.
Casting blanks comply with the VDG P690 dimensional standard. Surface open defects are verified through penetrant testing.
Critical dimensions and tolerances are ensured through precision machining and strict inspection. Machining tolerances can reach ±0.02mm.
Pressure testing is conducted to verify the structural integrity and sealing reliability of the products.
